Private Training Sessions

Train with me in a semi-private training session of up to 4 individuals. Currently it is via Zoom during the pandemic, but is normally in-person at Columbus, Ohio. Need closer attention? Contact me for 1on1 training. 

This is for individuals that want a more detailed approach to training and technique, accountability for training, and closer support. 

What you receive: 

  • Pre-Movement Assessment: 15-Minute in-person movement assessment (or via online during the pandemic)

  • Goal Setting Call: 15-Minute goal setting call to determine and set some specific goals

  • Options for 1, 2, or 3x/week 

  • Strength-based program designed for your needs

    • Foundational warm-up, trainings, and ​mobility 

  • Weekly check-In via email with Kelsey

  • Detailed feedback and education regarding technique with movements 

  • Ability to send any exercise video in for technique assessment

  • INCLUDED: All MetCon or Virtual Group Training Sessions 

  • Pre-Movement Assessment: Kelsey will analyze your movement prior to creating your program to focus on your needs

  • 6-Week Individualized Training Program

    • Foundational Warm-Up, Workouts, & Mobility

  • Program that enables you to log your weights, add comments, and see your week to week progress

  • Weekly check-In via email with Kelsey

  • Weekly feedback from Kelsey in program on technique & progression

  • Ability to send any exercise video in for technique assessment
