Strong Small Group Training

4-Week Session

Are you ready to become stronger together these next 4-weeks?

There will be at max 4-6 individuals (following the most up to date COVID-19 gym policy guidelines for your peace mind) that are eager to strength train with weights and focus on form/technique in a small-group environment. You will have the option of 1-3 days/week for small group sessions.

**NEW GROUP BEGINS ON AUGUST 17TH!

What you receive: 

  • 4-weeks of small group sessions (up to 3 days/week)

    • Max 4-6 individuals

  • Strength-based program design in-person

  • Learn30 Zoom meeting each week discussing some aspect of health, wellness, or mindset

  • INCLUDED: KML MOVEMENT VIRTUAL CLASSES

  • Pre-Movement Assessment: Kelsey will analyze your movement prior to creating your program to focus on your needs

  • 6-Week Individualized Training Program

    • Foundational Warm-Up, Workouts, & Mobility

  • Program that enables you to log your weights, add comments, and see your week to week progress

  • Weekly check-In via email with Kelsey

  • Weekly feedback from Kelsey in program on technique & progression

  • Ability to send any exercise video in for technique assessment

Private Training Sessions

 This package is my highest value “Platinum Album” offer for an individual.  It is detailed and I am right there with you every step of the way. I’m keeping it a max of 2 people, so that I can structure the most personalized programming to fit the you, the individual, and watch intently for form/technique to progress accordingly.

 

These sessions will dive deep into your movement and will address the smallest of detail, as I’m going to pull out all of my rehabilitation/neuro tools to fill your toolbox! This is for the individual that wants to take their training to places it has never been through: form/technique and/or the individual that is returning from injury that needs that level of attention. 

What you receive: 

  • Pre-Movement Assessment: 15-Minute in-person movement assessment (or via online during the pandemic)

  • In-Person package

  • Outside program to do on your own via the app to progress outside of our time together

  • Strength-based program designed for your needs

    • Foundational warm-up, trainings, and ​mobility 

  • Weekly check-In via email with Kelsey

  • Detailed feedback and education regarding technique with movements 

  • Ability to send any exercise video in for technique assessment via the app

  • INCLUDED: KML MOVEMENT VIRTUAL MEMBERSHIP with all classes
