Low Back Beta Program

This program is designed to assess the movement patterns of your hips and low back, addresses some deficiencies and movement issues that commonly occur, and teaches you step-by-step through workouts and modules how to move your body in a way that will decrease any low back issues while improving core and hip strength.

**With the beta group we will be working closely together to get your input and feedback throughout the program.  Your input will be very valued throughout this time!
